I must admit, I’m running extremely low on energy these days.
All I can get up to is looking after the kids and writing a few small blogs. I’m just not fit,
Funnily enough, I can even give you the cause of it.
My biorhythms are in the toilet on all three levels.
All almost all three divisions at an incredible minus 100%.
Great, but it doesn’t only paralyse me physically, but also emotionally and mentally. Nothing works anymore, so to speak.
The blog that I actually want to write, I just can’t get it done at the moment. I’ll put it off until later. At the moment I have to work on topics that I don’t have to stimulate my brain to write.
Fortunately, a phase in which everything is far below zero doesn’t last forever and is probably rather rare.
The biorhythm begins with our birth and ends with death.
In between, it oscillates in waves, up and down. Always stubbornly in the same rhythm.
It has three parts:
1- Physical rhythm, everything that affects our body. So endurance, power, strength – the physical condition in general.
The further our curve goes – and falls below zero, the more difficult it becomes for us to achieve maximum physical performance.
We get out of bed early in the morning with difficulty and could sleep directly again in the late afternoon. This would also be the healthiest for us in such phases.
2 – Emotional rhythm, everything that makes up our mental state.
On good days, we are balanced and not very irritable or moody, and here too, the further the curve sinks, the more our mood swings.
If it has reached the bottom, we feel as if from nowhere, mentally not so good anymore.
This is also known as the period between optimism and pessimism.
3 – Intellectual rhythm, which is currently also at minus 100% percent with me (like the others almost) and I notice this by typing almost every word wrong.
If you have an important exam to write and can set the date, you should take a look at your rhythm curve beforehand, if it is far below zero, it could be difficult.
The physical rhythm phase begins after birth and lasts 23 days.
In our picture here, the green curve.
We can already see that they are different.
The emotional phase lasts 28 days. Mental phase lasts 33 days.
If we want to know which phase we are going through, we can either pull out the calculator and somehow try to figure it out. But it’s easier to use one of the thousands of online calculators.
I, of course, would not be me if I were to claim something and not at least do a little research on how the whole thing came about
The biorhythm was first determined and documented by even two doctors! Orthodox doctors, one has to say.
Berlin doctor Dr. Wilhelm Fließ (1858-1928)
The basis for this simple calculation was laid at the beginning of the 20th century by the Viennese psychologist Hermann Swoboda and the Berlin physician Wilhelm Fließ. Fliess believed that he had discovered consistent regularities in the medical records of his patients and initially formulated them in his period theory They tried to discover a regularity behind the „good“ and „bad“ moments of a life.

Vienna professor and psychologist Hermann Swoboda (1873 – 1963)
In Die Perioden Swoboda describes the spontaneous periodic return of thoughts after 18 hours, 23 hours and after 23 days. He devotes an extensive chapter to the work of Fliess.
Swoboda said he knew nothing about Dr. Fliess, but published his findings in 1904 only after Fliess had finished.

The second monster which appeared was the backwards sprinter. As the name sais.. it sprints towards you with its back turned. Long arms and legs, a rather grey and dark shiny skin and a really ugly face. It sprints after its prey and when it comes close to the kill, the back of the monster […]
The first monster which appeared back in the days out of its grave was the „Scare“, after that it went all down… The scare was and is still one of the scariest monsters out here. It has no face, no eyes, ears or mouth. Just rotten skin and spiky metal wrapped around its head. The […]
ein Geschenk von mir an euch
So, since it comes again and again under the eyes and ears and annoys me somehow discreetly, today a little educational work! I hear again about people who believe, or about whom it is said that they are possessed by demons or that ghosts are attached to them. First of all, nothing is impossible, and […]
